Delivery

 

When will I get my order?

 

Orders are usually fulfilled within 3–7 days, and shipping time depends on your location. Below are the estimated shipping times:

 

  • USA: 3–4 business days

  • Europe: 6–8 business days

  • Australia: 2–14 business days

  • Japan: 4–8 business days

  • International: 10–20 business days

 

Where will my order ship from?

 

We partner with a print-on-demand drop shipping service that has locations worldwide. Your order will be printed and shipped from the nearest available facility for the most efficient fulfillment.

 

Will I be charged customs for my order?

 

International orders may incur additional customs and tax fees, which are determined by your local customs office. These fees are not under our control. Please contact your local customs office for more details.

 

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?

 

Before reaching out, please:

 

  1. Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.

  2. Contact your local post office to inquire about your package.

  3. Ask your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.

If everything seems correct and you still don’t have your package, please contact us at indi23crew@gmail.com with your order number. If the address was incorrect, we can send a replacement, but shipping will be at your cost.

How are your products made?

 

We work with a print-on-demand drop shipper. They have facilities worldwide, so depending on your location, your orders will be printed and shipped from the most efficient facility nearby.

How do I track my order?

 

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link via email. If you have questions about your tracking or shipment, don’t hesitate to contact us at indi23crew@gmail.com.

 

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?

 

We’re sorry if you received a damaged or incorrect item. To help us resolve the issue quickly, please:

 

  • Email us at indi23crew@gmail.com within a week of receiving your order.

  • Include photos of the damaged or wrong product, your order number, and any relevant details.

 

We’ll work to resolve the issue as soon as possible!

 

Returns

 

What’s your return policy?

 

We do not offer returns or exchanges. However, if there's an issue with your order, such as a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at indi23crew@gmail.com, and we will assist you.

 

Do you offer refunds?

 

Refunds are only offered for wrong or damaged items. If this applies to your order, please contact us at indi23crew@gmail.com with:

 

  • Photos of the wrong or damaged item

  • Your order number

We’ll sort it out by issuing a refund or sending a replacement.

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?

At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you’re unsure about size, please refer to the sizing chart available in the product description of each item.

In rare cases, if you receive a mislabeled item, please let us know at indi23crew@gmail.com within a week of receiving your order. Include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the mislabeled item

We will send a new one or issue a refund.
