  • All products sold through INDI CREW are made to order unless explicitly stated otherwise. They are customized or manufactured based on your specific order details.

2.2 Product Descriptions

  • Each product is accompanied by detailed descriptions, including materials, customization options, and pricing. Please review all details carefully before placing your order.

2.3 Pricing

  • All prices are displayed in Euros (EUR) and include VAT unless explicitly stated otherwise.

  • Prices do not include shipping fees, which are calculated during the checkout process based on your location and chosen shipping method.

 

3. Ordering Process

3.1 Placing an Order

  • Orders can only be placed through our online e-shop. By submitting your order, you enter into a binding purchase agreement governed by these T&C.

3.2 Payment Methods

  • We accept the following payment methods:

    • Credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro).

    • Payments are securely processed via Wix Payments or Stripe, ensuring your data's safety.

4.3 Customs and Import Duties

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1 Made-to-Order Policy

  • As all products are made to order, they cannot be returned or exchanged due to customer error, such as incorrect size, color, or design. Please double-check all details before confirming your purchase.

5.2 Damaged or Defective Products

  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, you must submit a claim within 30 days of delivery. Include photographic evidence to expedite the process.

5.3 Unreceived Orders

  • Claims for orders not received must be submitted within 30 days after the expected delivery date.

5.4 Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened, used, or customized products are non-returnable.

5.5 Printful Compliance

  • All return, refund, and exchange requests are subject to Printful’s policies, which operate in conjunction with our own.

5.6 EU Consumer Rights

  • Under Article 16(c) and (e) of Directive 2011/83/EU, withdrawal rights do not apply to:

    • Goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.

    • Sealed goods that are unsealed after delivery and unsuitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons.
